Prep & Aftercare
A beautiful, even tan starts with simple preparation and gentle care afterwards. These steps help your colour develop smoothly and last as long as possible.
Before Your Appointment
• Exfoliate the night before for the cleanest, softest base.
• Shave or wax at least 24 hours ahead so the skin can settle.
• Arrive with no moisturiser, perfume, deodorant, or makeup on the body.
• Wear loose, dark clothing for after your tan.
• If you’re having a bridal or event tan, book it 1–2 days before for the most natural finish.
After Your Appointment
• Allow the tan to develop fully before your first rinse (I’ll let you know the exact time for your formula).
• Keep your skin dry during the developing period.
• After your first rinse, moisturise daily to maintain an even fade.
• Avoid long hot baths, saunas, and heavy exfoliation to extend the life of your tan.
• Expect your glow to last around 5–7 days, depending on your skin and routine.
